Psychotherapy in Brecon

My consulting room in Brecon is quiet and confidential, located in the centre of town:

There are car parks throughout Brecon. The nearest car parks are:

• behind the office near the Co-op and Morrisons
• next to the library building (called Y Gaer)

There is also limited on-street parking nearby.

Brecon does not have a train station. The nearest main station is Abergavenny, a 35-minute drive away.

There is a rural bus service.

Accessibility

The office is not wheelchair accessible and has a fairly steep flight of stairs.

If you need a more accessible space, please get in touch and arrangements can be made to meet in a venue you can access.

Online

Therapy is also available online, using any of the popular platforms including Zoom, Skype, Teams, Google Meet, FaceTime or WhatsApp, meaning you can access therapy wherever you are based.

It is possible to do therapy in a hybrid way, combining online and in-person sessions.  Each of the platforms has different ways of safeguarding confidentiality, which can be discussed when we agree how we will meet.
