How sessions work
If you think psychotherapy could help you, please do get in touch by email or telephone.
The next step is to come for an introductory session. There is a £45 charge for this, payable in advance by bank transfer or Paypal. We can talk confidentially about what is concerning you.
If we agree to continue to meet, then sessions are normally once a week. However, it is possible to meet twice or three times a week, depending on your needs and your budget.
Sessions are 50 minutes long, normally at the same time each week. You get ‘therapy breaks’, which usually coincide with school holidays and half terms.
What often works best is if you talk about whatever comes into your head without trying to plan it in advance. Then we just take it from there, with me basing my approach on you as an individual and your own way of thinking and doing things.
I work in English, but can speak French and Spanish too.
I have worked with people with visual impairment and deafness.
